Industrial Plants

World-Class Industrial Plants. Engineered for Global Performance.

Stone Powder Grinding Plant (Micro Powder Mill)

This plant uses machines like a Jaw Crusher, Hammer Crusher, Raymond Mill or Ball Mill, and a Vibrating Screen to grind stones such as limestone, marble, dolomite, or quartz into fine powder. Depending on the mill type, it can produce powder from around 80 mesh up to 2500 mesh. The final mesh size depends on the classifier system and customer requirement, commonly used in construction, paint, ceramics, plastics, and chemical industries.

Waste Tyre Recycling Plant (Tyre Pyrolysis / Crumb Rubber Plant)

This plant processes used tyres that contain steel wire by first cutting and shredding them, then separating the steel, fiber, and rubber. In a crumb rubber plant, tyres are shredded and granulated into rubber powder (e.g., 10–80 mesh). In a pyrolysis plant, tyres are heated in a reactor without oxygen to produce fuel oil, carbon black, and recovered steel wire. These systems help convert waste tyres into reusable industrial raw materials.

Foam Reprocessing Machine (EPS/EPE Recycling Machine)

This machine recycles waste foam materials such as EPS (thermocol) or EPE foam by crushing, melting, and re-pelletizing them into reusable plastic granules. The process reduces foam volume and converts it into raw material that can be reused for manufacturing packaging materials, insulation boards, or plastic products, supporting cost savings and environmental sustainability.
